Several years ago I sold my house and moved 75 miles. The first several years I traveled 90 miles for primary care appointments. The last 6 months I have been looking for a new primary care physician and have not have much success . Most doctors in this area are not accepting new patients.

Imagine 30 million new patients with insurance plans that pay the providers 60% of the treatment cost. there will be no doctors accepting new patients and they will all end up back in the ER for primary care. The good news is we get this for only 940 billion.

That's what my Dr told me months ago - they will not take new patients and particularly Medicare as the payments are too low and slow.
