Remember back in the good old days of student uprisings, sit-ins, and feces-throwing in the 60s, when Reagan was governor of California? Well, he said something like if there has to be a bloodbath, let it come. Of course, it won him points with the public and contributed to his being reelected. But it drove the “respectable” media crazy.

They called him an “anti-intellectual” and crypto-fascist and such. So we had a situation where a bunch of youths literally used violence to shut down learning on college campuses, and that was fine. They were idealists, or something. Reagan, meanwhile, was part of The System, so when he responds to the violence of the students, he’s worse. Because nothing’s worse than a man...err, Republican...in power. Which I guess explains why the Weimar Republic was much worse than the Nazis who rebelled against it.

I’ve got two of those flags in my house, so I guess I need to join the militia now. Where do I sign up?

The truth hurts, doesn’t, Rep. Stupak?

The Democrats are a respectable party? Who knew? They lie all the time. Their mendacity is only matched by their stupidity. They only survive because the news media is full of their fellow Democrats. The public didn’t want this healthcare bill, just like it didn’t want amnesty for illegals, which is the Democrats next big thing.

"Neugebauer's confession will help speed the episode's exit from the news cycle—particularly once President Obama signs the health care bill into law and Congress moves on to fresh controversies. But the "Baby killer furor" highlights a far more serious, long-term political dilemma for the Republicans: how to appear to be a respectable Party capable of governing while also providing political shelter for the highly motivated, though vocally disruptive, protest wing of the party associated with the Tea Party movement."

The story here is that leftists, including those in the media, are focusing on something that did NOT happen, and treating it as factual news in order to do damage to the Republican Party and the Tea Party participants.

Neugebauer didn't shout "Baby Killer". He shouted "It's a Baby Killer" referring to the bill they were discussing. The truth of that should end the matter. But, the media once again focuses on the accusations of the accusers despite the inaccuracy of their accusations.

The same thing happened with the lies from John Lewis and his little cadre of hoaxers who went out of their way to walk through Tea Party protestors as they were going to vote for their "healthcare" bill. They sought the cameras in order to set the stage for their lies about being spat upon and having racial slurs hurled at them.

The news media focused on their accusations and ignored the fact that there was no evidence to support them.

That said, it's disgusting beyond description that those who support killing babies are discussing the "difficulty of appearing respectable" for Republicans, because they have pointed out that the Democrats' legislation mandates the use of taxpayer money to kill babies.

Yes, that makes me completely crazy. The left can use the most disgusting, racist, tasteless comments, and it is called a “spirited rebuttal” or a “fiery response.” When a Republican or conservative says it (and often it isn’t even a Congressman— it will be someone like the second-vice-chair of the Republican Party of Podunk County), the media gets a collective case of the vapors.

As long as repubs keep apologizing for things that shouldn’t be apologized for this will continue. The truth is never inappropriate. Well, maybe at someone’s funeral.

There was nothing done in the House yesterday that was respectable on any level. The lies, the back door dealings and the ignoring of our constitution is only a drop in the bucket. They lost any expectation that the chamber of the House hasn’t already been irrevocably defiled by them and their actions.

Apologize? Yes, the more things change the more things stay the same. He should have said “HELL NO! I Won’t apologize. Nancy Pelosi and every democrat in that chamber on Sunday needs to apologize to the American people. And while you are at it, leave a note of apology for the future generations. The ones that are allowed to live that is.”

This war will not be won by being polite and worrying that the left may be mad at us or not like us. The white gloves need to come off. This isn’t spilled milk we are merely bickering over. Lives are at stake. And it’s going to take politicians with guts to win these battles. Not apologizing weaklings worried about a little rebuke from the opposition. Gheez! I can’t believe this even needs to be said.

We need to tell the repubs NO MORE APOLOGIES. It’s time to make the other side squeal “UNCLE!” If they don’t have the guts to get their hands dirty get the heck out of the way!

>> IT WAS A SET UP.

A counterproductive setup.

They forced the spotlight upon themselves only to reveal their deception and lies.

They cemented their fate by voting against the GOP’s motion to insert Stupak’s language.

Think of the unBorn; Basic.

Stupak is as Stupak does.

Rep. Stupak SOLD OUT; CAVED-IN; FOLDED.

Those are just the facts.
