just a few facts. In 1961 a minor child (his mother was still considered a minor in 1961)could NOT convey citizenship outside of U.S. soil. If obama was born in Hawaii(big if!) with partial aligience at birth then he is a Native born naturlized citizen. Natural Born citizenship is required to be President.(both parents U.S. citizens).
