And don't blame Philadelphians for this.
Most of the hooligans are from Jersey.
Not any more. Ten years ago, you would have been correct, most were kids from lily-white NJ suburbs. Not any more—now they’re uniformly black teens, home-grown from west and south Philly.
This is why I never venture to the city, EVER, and why we’re up to our eyeballs in guns and ammo.
