Arkansas has been pretty vocal about this bill, and they don't like it.. We have a poor state too. Ross is probably a true blue dog, but he fizzled out on the House bill several weeks back, and I don't forget much.

He ran unopposed last term, I don't know yet if he has a opponent this time. We don't have much of a republican party left here. There is nothing in my district anymore.
