Can the AG’s get this fast tracked to SCOTUS?
We got MCCAIN-Feingold thrown out but it took too long.
MCCAIN-Feingold help bring about Dem Congress 2006/2008 and Obama 2008. And people don’t say it was bad GOP members etc etc. It was the TV Newsmedia attacking Repubs 100% 24x7x365 while they give Obama, Rangel, Dood and others a FREE pass on everything.
Virginia’s AG (Cuccinelli) is going to sue also. He says Virginia can fast track their suit. He called the process by a name but I don’t remember what that is.
It will get there fast, like the Al Gore vs Bush case. This is a higher profile case than McCain-Feingold. Only political junkies followed McCain-Feingold, but everyone is following Obamacare.
