Spoken like a true defeatist. You don’t know Stevens and Ginsburg will be replaced by November. Maybe they will, maybe they won’t. In any event, there is an election coming, or didn’t you know that?
Then there will be no difference in the makeup of the Court ideologically. Stevens may have been a Republican appointee but is the most liberal Justice. Ginsberg was a Clinton appointee.
