I see a new bureaucracy: racial quotas for free ride scholarships for med schools!

New scholarships for inner city kids that just can’t get over the racism that keeps them out of college will now get ObamaGrants to go to med school.

And Doctor Bussing! Bussing existing doctors from wherever they are to where they need to go to reach “equity”, as defined by Maxine Waters and Sheila Jackson Lee!

Not to mention that med schools will now admit students who made a “D-” in both semesters of Organic Chemistry!
