We have to push the states to pass their laws plus a comprehensive birth certificate check before being put on a ballot.
The states also have to try to find a way so the citizenry does not get taxed to pay for it.
Is Hatch correct that the Senate can tie it up forever?
There’s not a public option in this bill, right?
The individual mandate is being challenged in the courts, right?
It looks to me like they gave up a lot to get a bill through, primarily their precious public option. I know they say it’s just the beginning but not if we fight them as hard as we did for this bill.
