obama can not be impeached. obama is not a natural born citizen( both parents U.S. Citizens)and thus not qualified to be president , therefore it is the duty of congress to VOID his election ( this includes biden). The congress is required by law to decertify all electorial college votes for obama, and declare the person holding the majority( of remaining votes) of electorial college votes President. This is the course of action our laws would require if we were still a Constitutional Republic. America, may she rest in peace July 4,1776-Jan 20 2009

I think that is shaky. I don't think his mom's citizenship, due to her age, was able to be passed on to him, though, and since his dad was not a citizen, that makes neither parent able to pass on citizenship. My mother was NOT a U.S. citizen at my birth, but I was born on U.S. soil to an American father who was almost 30 (at the time in the service, with two tours in Vietnam under his belt.) I am most definitely a natural born citizen and qualified to be president. My mother's home country does not and will not recognize citizenship there for me and my mother became a citizen when I was a year old.

P.S. I am actually going to fight for dual citizenship in my mother's home country, as I might need a place to escape to with my family, now.
