He should be tried for treason.
He should be impeached, no question.
Will it happen, NO WAY!
Why, because the House and Senate is controlled by the Dems.
waste of bandwidth.....remember who’s in control???
D E M O C R A T S
Then we have a “president” Biden or Pelosi.
He should be, but he won’t be. Congress has to go for it, and the majority have their noses firmly planted up the guy in the white house’s posterior.
Is he eligible to sign the damn thing.
I have reasonable doubt.
The deal involving water in the San Juaquin valley might be grounds for impeachment.
A MILITARY trial offshore seems like the bst option.
OATH KEEPERS... ARE YOU LISTENING?
Good Luck Canadians, what country will you go to now for serious illness?
“Obama is purposely undermining the US Constitution.”
As intended.
Ofcourse, but we have to take back congress fisrt.
No - he should be impaled.
Got to impeach him first.
YES!
The Founders would already have tried Barack Obama for treason. Then again, he would never have been elected while the Founders had lived. I’m not sure exactly what we’ve been waiting for, but I hope we can get on with it soon.
BO/BS can’t be impeached. Only a President can be impeached. He has not proven he satisfies the natural born citizenship requirement in Article 2 Section 1 to be President.
At this point, no, Obama should not be impeached (and convicted — everybody forgets the second part of the process). There are no obvious and compelling legal grounds for impeachment. (Being really really really pissed off about Obamacare is not a compelling legal reason.)
People throw around the idea of impeachment way too casually. Impeaching and convicting a sitting president effectively means disenfranchising the millions of citizens who voted him into office.
I always felt that Nixon never should have resigned. I realize that the House drew up the papers to proceed with impeachment but the process was never undertaken because Nixon resigned. I always had the feeling that Nixon might have been impeached by the House but would not have been convicted by the Senate (as happened with Clinton). Nixon would have remained in office.
So everybody: put your impeachment guns back into your holsters. Work on getting Republicans elected to Congress in 2010 and a Republican elected to the White House in 2012 instead.
I'll bite: On what grounds? (And make them legitimate grounds -- do some research first. Don't go all Orly Taitz.)
