If you listen at 45 seconds it sounds like somebody said it from further back in the crowd. My guess is it was probably a plant, hard to say for sure. If it was some tea party fellow he’s a moron just like the rats.
I’m listening at max volume on $300 Bose computer speakers, and I don’t hear it.
