My guess is these “no” votes coming at the last minute probably indicates they have the votes to pass the bill, and some are being allowed by Pigloswine to vote no.

They DON'T have the votes which is why they're having a late-night arm wrestling session with the Stupak people.

One NO vote earlier today explicitly said Pelosi did not release him.
