It will be irrelevant even if the socialists ram this through Congress! Any federal version of health care is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care! The people are not bound to comply with any unconstitutional act of Congress! The people are the government and will have the final say as to how they will be governed! These points need to be conveyed to Congress critters!

TheHill had him as a NO vote. His reelection is a toss up right now or, Nancy is letting him off the hook, but that would be wierd for a n00bie.
