I think its being totally blown out of proportion.
They are all getting wee wee’d up about small pranks, of course they could have been deadly pranks but compared to the modern day terrorists these are just childish pranks.
Egging a house is a prank. Toilet papering a car is a prank.
Putting a natural gas line into a building to blow it up with people inside is not a prank.
You sure have a twisted sense of what a prank is.
So if someone deliberately created a gas leak in your house, you’d just laugh it off as a prank?
