Believe it or not, I tend to agree with most of what you say...
but I think we need to exhaust ALL avenues of law to rectify this travesty before we call for arms...
I recall they did THAT 200 yrs ago...
I think some folks here are into too much Samuel Adams....

Sam Adams gets all the credit. In fact, many colonists needed no urging to tar and feather tax collectors in response to the Stamp Act. They did so of their own volition. There were minor rebellions, boycotting of paper, burning of paper - lots of bricks thrown, so to speak - before the Act was repealed.

As for pursuing legal redress of these grievances, Congress and the Executive Branch will use every measure to prevent us from overturning this. Our "Olive Branch Petition" received a fairer hearing from King George.
