Looks to me like he is going to be a last second “yea vote” and probably be one of the last votes cast Sunday, like that dipstick Louisiana republican congressman did last year...
The Dipstick's name is Cao, and I still get regular e-mails from him since I fabricated an address in his district (formerly Wm. Jefferson's) and wrote telling him what a slimewad he is for having voted for it, and how I will work dilligently for his opponent this fall, whoever that may be.
His clueless staff apparently put me down as "Supporter!"
He has changed his vote, BTW - mine might not have been the only critical email he received...
