The bill is blatantly unconstitutional even without slaughter. Several AGs are already preparing lawsuits.
I am pinning my hopes on those AGs, and the 37 states which have passed or have bills pending to protect their citizens from obamacare. Normally , federal law trumps state, despite the clear language of the 10th . If it were only 5-10 states , I’d say those bills were pointless. But when a clear majority of the states are fighting against obamacare? That changes everything IMO.
