I went to church earlier today for the first time in I don’t know how long. Since saying my peace to God, I feel eerily calm in the face of America’s death. I know that any litigation to get this overturned will be tied up in the courts for years, that injunctions probably won’t come...but I’m not upset.
I take comfort in knowing that great good can come from great evil. Look what happened when our Founding Fathers stood up to the British tyrants! If we keep fighting and place our trust in God, He may yet surprise us.
Amen
Indeed. I’m glad you went. We know that God’s always there waiting for his prodigal sons and daughters to come home.
Liked your post, and am glad you were in church today.
The whole idea of the rights of man come from the value God placed on every human life. Unlike the monarchs of the day, our Founders embarked on a new type of government in which the rights and power rested in the people, not a king.
This is the challenge of our generation.
We must protect liberty and freedom for our posterity.
The strength to do this can only come from God, because we are fighting the same Evil the Founders did.
May America be granted His mercy, and may it always be the friend of Israel.
I won’t stop fighting this but it has taken its toll. My Christmas was compromised and this weekend was stressful. My summer was spent protesting. Nothing stopped these socialists. They won the election and pushing a socialist agenda through was their goal. We are now socialist.
