Further discussion with Mark Levin & Rush - her theory was not correct. Mark is well versed in constitutional law and has in fact gotten a lawsuit ready.
Mark said if true would have been used many times before. Has to be used on a bill that is submitted - this bill has not been submitted. And, that they can call for a “roll call” of votes on a bill - but her theory is not actually true.
I don’t know who this gal is speaking at the rally now - but she has a cute tea party pin on.

BREAKING-per FOX- Pelosi saying now there will be no vote on Stupak- so...
1) If she did ANYTHING FOR Stupak- she’d lose the 40 women
2) Stupak will NOT budge
3) She’s going to have to find those 12 votes somewhere else or at least a few..
