A Constitutionalist Democrat? Show me one GD (forgive me Lord) one, just one f’kng Democrat that cares what the Constitution says or feels bound by it.

As for Ron Paul he’s a broken clock politician, he’s been right twice. Audit the fed and maybe making pot legal - if half the moonbats who worked to get Obama elected sat home smoking pot, they’d never been able to stuff the ballot boxes or make it to the voting booth - the pizza industry would be thriving though.

That’s Dope and Change I can believe in....

You miss the point. You are assuming that ‘Republican’ implies ‘Constitutionalist.’ McCain is, of course, a counter-example which invalidates the ENTIRE implication. {’Implication’ in the Logic-sense.}

Ok, how’s this? We needed a Constitutional Amendment to criminalize, nationally, alcohol... why then is Marijuana [or any other substance] nationally illegal? Why is there an agency with national jurisdiction on Alcohol [the aforementioned amendment WAS repealed], Tobacco [which has NEVER had a Constitutional amendment regarding it], or Firearms [which has a Constitutional amendment PROHIBITING the Government restriction thereof]?

So, is your gripe against Democrats-specifically, or against government ‘leaders’ who ignore or selectively-enforce the Constitution? That is to ask, would you vote for someone [sat 3rd party] who you knew was a Constitutionalist before major-party candidates whom you knew to NOT be Constitutionalists?
