Texas may just skip the lawsuits and go straigth to secession.

If you think about it, they have the best of both worlds. Import/Exports with the U.S., Imports/Exports with Mexico, tariff's on goods passing through Texas, good coast, all the cheap labor they could ever desire; the list goes on and on.
