1. Ballot box - in 2010 & 2012 to overturn this and the new "programs" coming (Amnesty, Cap&Tax, etc)

2. Legal box - i.e. lawsuits and hope SCOTUS overturns on basis of unconstitionality

3. Ammo box - No explanation needed
