Having said that, my efforts to take care of myself this last week have given way (er, weigh ha) to bags of chips!
I've gone thru a box of Frosted Flakes since yesterday (I can't believe it!).
I should be in that happy place all day today..
I use any excuse to eat carbs and sweets....lol.
Guess what? It still comes down to counting calories.
I’m not going to count calories again until April 1.
