Sorry, but the law suits are a slim reed for hope that they will overturn this legislation. They should be filed, but the only way to undo this monster is through more legislation.

The fight will continue and get more contentious, which Obama hopes can energize his base before the mid terms. The Reps will be the obstrtuctionists and the party of No. The community agitator will be in full throat castigating his enemies and touting his success.

I disagree. The States’ suits RE: mandates, have a very good chance of succeeding. The Virginia AG will file in The Rocket Docket, which hopefully will live up to its reputation for speed.

I hope he will also be asking for an injunction to stop the law in its tracks while the suit travels to the USSC.
