Right. The ballgame is over once the House votes on the “reconciliation” bill, which contains the Slaughter House rule that the Senate bill is deemed passed by the House.

Hardly. That will trigger a number of lawsuits by States Attorneys General in a number of States challenging the mandates in the Senate bill.

Also, Landmark Legal will file its lawsuit challenging the House procedures on constitutional grounds.

It ain’t over by a long shot.
