Can’t do it, if the Senate bill is not passed word for word, it has to go back to the Senate. It cannot go to the President unless NO CHANGES ARE MADE.

Oh, they’ll find a way around that, no problem, and any other of that Constitutional junk and legal inconveniences that crop up.
Its an amendment that says to the senate, you have to do this or... what ever. Its not what they will be voting on on Sunday assuming they vote. They will vote on that amendment after that. That being said. I hold no hope for this situation at all. Despair is all I know.
