I think it should be broadcast on all major networks and each member of Congress should be required to stand before the cameras and say:
“I, Congressman(or woman), (Democrat/Republican) from the (District) of the state of (State), say (Aye or Nay) to this resolution. I cast my vote today before the eyes of the American people.”
That would put each and every member of the House ON THE SPOT!!!!!!
Vote ! On your feet (No) or on your knees (Yes)
Perfect ammunition for commercials come election time, too!
