Teen jailed for Virginia Gay attack, Daniel Owen murder
At least the prick got a prison sentence - he was a juvenile at the time of his crimes, rendering him ineligible for a life sentence.

Wrong place, wrong time ... murdered chef Daniel Owen
12 years? That’s all? We will hear from him again before 2015 and it won’t be good news.
This is what we do to murderers in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Too bad the Commonwealth of Austraila is all wuss when it comes to handing out justice.

Most likely he would be a recidivist (a repeat offender).
Prison would only serve to harden him further.
Maybe the Aussies should start sentencing their violent offenders to transportation....to England.
Oh, and then star chamber him.
