Ask the French how this works. They do it all the time. Then Obama & The Socialists will be thrilled that we are becoming more like their Euro-Socialist brethren. :)

Doesnt need to be trucks. Cars work too, if there are enough of them. 100K pedestrian protestors on the mall can be ignored. 100K cars slowly circling the Capitol until it gridlocks cant be. Very true, you nailed it. And in fact the cars can even park in front of the trucks if they are near abandoned ones, making any towing efforts that much more difficult!

Maybe “weekend mornings” might be the word to use? It would give a chance for those truckers to mobilize who are interested but can’t make such a quick deadline.

Farmers, bring your tractors. Ranchers, bring your trucks and stock trailers.

If only someone had thought of this earlier.
All it would take is for a group of about 10 cars to get together on the roadway in each major highway, then the 2 in the back slow down and the other 8 proceed to park their cars in a zig-zag maze puzzle from one side of the road to the other—of course the trucks are great too because they’re much harder to tow, but each of the car blockages would require 10 tow trucks.
Congestion for sure. Especially if it’s located in 5 major freeways.

Have you ever been to D.C.? Abandon trucks there, and in the chaos that ensues, you won’t get much back. If it’s your own truck, you’ll lose your livelihood. If it’s a company truck, it’s a criminal act and you’ll face fines, restitution to the owner and possible jail time. I’d rethink this winner of a plan if I were you.
