Has Pelosi, Reed, and Obama derived their 'just powers' from the consent of the goverened and thrown the national agreement which was stated was necessary in the Declaration of Independence and succinctly enumerated in Artical 1, Section 7 of the Constitution?

I think not. This simply means they have overthrown the Constitution, which they swore to protect and defend, and installed themselves as a ruling oligarch to make decrees more hainus than King George. How can this be allowed to stand? This is not Free Republic simply angry because we lost a debate which resulted in the legitimate passing of a law which we detest. This is the usurpation of power without the consent of the governed. We have all agreed to abide by the Cosntitution. This is our national conpact with each other. Where, in this process, are representatives abiding by our agreement. They have cast it aside, and are now a law unto themselves. They are about to 'deem' a bill voted on, when it has not happened. They have broken faith with the People of the United States and its precious Constitution. They are traitors for their cause of tyranny, and in clear violaton of the agreement we cherish, the Constitution of the United States.

Are we now forced to follow the agreement which they have discarded? If we do allow this, we are indeed, and in fact, slaves to an oligarchy which cannot have their lust for power slaked. Our children will be only given to tyrants.

This cannot be allowed.

That’s what elections are for. There’s one coming up in eight months. If the American people are indeed united against this situation, we can remove every single member of the House who votes for this law, and 1/3 of the Senate.

If that doesn’t get the attention of the remainder, we can replace another 1/3 of the Senate and the President in two more years.

If we can’t get our act together enough to vote people out of congress, what in holy hell makes you think we’re capable of fighting and winning a civil war?
