So do the 10 Commandments and many other words written on papyrus, paper and other materials. But if nobody, especially governments, are bound by them what do these have for anything but historical significance?

America is more than 300 million people - how many are there in Congress? They made a huge mistake and will pay for that mistake regardless of how much time it takes to make them pay. Even the sheople will wake up to this corrupt form of government and revolt against it.
