The Blu-110 and Blu-117 bombs are older generation bombs typically used by the navy which contain a thermally insensitive explosive designed to reduce the chance of "cook offs" in a fire.
Neither bombs penetrate very deep and deep penetration is what is required for taking out the hardened, deeply buried Iranian facilities.
The Iranians would most likely have built their bunkers to a degree of thickness requiring a second MOP to be dropped. One to blow through the thick concrete and earth, the other to blow out the interior.
And each target must be destroyed in a SINGLE HIT, and that's it. Repeating strike after strike on a single target would be wasteful of fuel and munitions, and give the Iranians time to move antiaircraft defenses around their other nuke facilities.
