The Indians should abide by the same rules as other ethnic groups.

The SCotUS ruled years ago that federal and state governments could tax sales to non-natives regardless of sovereign status.

Either the Indians should pay the same taxes as white-owned businesses or non-native businesses should get the same tax breaks.

Anything else is racial discrimination.
