For the first time in the history of the Republic, the Federal Government is demanding that a citizen buy something from a private company, of face imprisonment. That's NOT going to pass judicial review with Scalia, Thomas, Alito, Roberts and even Kennedy in the Court. You can take that to the bank.

It just kills me that the democrats are calling health care a “right” that we must buy or else.
