Not just court challenges. A midterm election nationalized on this issue, as promised by the GOP, and we will retake the House and make the Senate 51-49 one way or the other. Bottom line: de-fund this BS until BO is thrown out of office.

I hope that is true, however I have little faith in the American Electorate. They voted for this sap because of a campaign slogan. 45% of the country still think he walks on water. We are so screwed as a nation.
Where are the people of the Red State of Alaska? As I understand it, you only need 8800 registered voters to sign a petition to RECALL Begich from the Senate, who has been a reliable liberal and a “Yes” vote on the bill. He got his senate seat when Stevens was “convicted” (thrown out after the election) by the Justice Department’s shenanigans.
