Mistake? A mistake does not equal ignorance/lack of information. The e and the o are nowhere near each other on the keyboard, so it’s not a “mistake.” “Sew” and “sow” aren’t remotely close in meaning, so that’s not a mistake, either. It’s somebody trying to quote something they’ve never bothered to look up and doesn’t even happen to know that there are three English words that sound the same, are spelled differently and have totally different meanings: So, sew and sow.

It reminds me of Tony Soprano or one of his crew, all masters at malapropisms, referring to Prince Machiavelli as Prince Matchabelli.
