So we need 38 Democrat “no” votes ... and we have 36 firm “no” already — with 48 undecided? We only need 2 out of 48 to kill the thing?

Ryan indicated on Rush that he thinks Democrats are at least 10 votes short.

I hope that’s accurate. Fox News has it at 214 yes, 217 no. If Fox is right, it’s going to pass. They’ll get two more votes somehow.

Yes, that is correct. If our NO votes hold firm, we only need 2 more NO votes (plus a cushion for last minute betrayals)
