This was a procedural vote. I’m kind of surprised it was as close as it was. I kind of expected a party-line vote, for the most part, even from the “no” Democrats.

I kind of expected a party-line vote, for the most part, even from the “no” Democrats. I sure hope so. I was looking at this as a test vote for Sunday.
