Where is the text of the senate bill? I don’t see any changes in the reconciliation bill WRT aliens, legal and otherwise.

What is this doing in it?
Section 2104. Investment in Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Serving Institutions. This section amends section 371(b) of the Higher Education Act by extending funding for programs under this section created under the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007 for programs at Historically Black Colleges and Universities and minority-serving institutions through 2019, including programs that help low-income students attain degrees in the fields of science, technology, engineering or mathematics by the following annual amounts: $100 million to Hispanic Serving Institutions, $85 million to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, $15 million to Predominantly Black Institutions, $30 million to Tribal Colleges and Universities, $15 million to Alaska, Hawaiian Native Institutions, $5 million to Asian American and Pacific Islander Institutions, and $5 million to Native American non-tribal serving institutions.

I have a plan for this bill, all 2,000+ pages of it.
It has something to do with a colonoscopy and the Speaker of the House being the first to receive the mandatory procedure.
A summary (with questions) of my interpretation of events:
The House does not vote on the Senate Bill as is.
Does the new bill (a separate entity, aka reconciliation) have the ‘deemed as passed’ language in it?
If this new reconciliation bill is passed by the House, doesn’t it require Senate approval?
If the new reconciliation bill fails in the Senate, the original Senate bill does not become law because the bill that deemed it as passed (by the House) was not passed in the Senate – so the ‘deemed as passed’ does not pass both houses.
Senate Republicans say they have the 41 votes required to kill it.
Or (ignorance showing here), is reconciliation used so that the Senate only needs 51 votes?
The beauty to the democrats of this approach even if this attempt fails is that the House will have not yet voted directly on the Senate bill, so it is still alive and not voted down in the house (is this correct?).

When I googled last night, I saw Demon Pass everywhere. I have Bambi on mute right now. He’s telling his sheep they will have control over their health care. (closed captioning). No, IRS will have control and another industry destroyed by the collectivists on the marxist side of the aisle.
