once Fed Ex realizes that this is a political gesture, and there will be no grounds for a lawsuit regarding failure to deliver a critical business mail, they will just "dead letter" the mail to their local terminal in DC
it is a great idea though
there is a clause in the fine print of the Fed Ex contract for this, they are not bound to deliver except in the case of critical business correspondence. I found out the hard way after paying $30 to send a birthday card overnite to my son , they never did deliver it and wanted him to go into their terminal to pick it up.It took me six calls and a lot of coercion to get them to finally deliver it. They repackaged it and sent it by US mail , he got it two weeks later and I never got a refund
