I think it is an age thing, too.

My eyes are finally getting to where I need bi-focals and they are constantly nuancing the lighting in the stores.

I wouldn’t mind if it was to save a buck, but they’re trying to “set a mood” for all the shopping moms.

I can’t read the labels,...mutter, mutter, mutter!

My wife says that I sound more like my pop everyday. She means this as an insult, but I wear it as a badge of pride.

I’m going to enjoy getting older; I’m going to make everyone else miserable for a change!

Our Walmart does have lights turn off and on in response to the ambient outside lighting. It was a little strange at first. They have skylights, so when storms come over the store gets really dark, and you will have lights turning on and off in response to that situation.
