A 4 foot 6 inch half-wit can fire a pre-positioned artillery piece, of which the North Koreans have about 20,000 within range of Seoul. There is no way to attack them without suffering a million civilian casualties. Even an attempt to load up every single B-2 and F-117 and hit each tube with its own mini JDAM would not be enough to keep them from flattening Seoul within about five minutes after they got the order.
My first salvo would be a string-of-pearls of tactical nukes on those position. That would be followed by another 30 minutes later as they are coming out for a counter strike.
True, but the real purpose of the North Korean Army is to keep
the Higher Ups in power. That is all is is about. They couldn’t care less about spreading Communism. The danger is that if the regime knows it is over they just might want to go out with a bang.
A dozen or so neutron devices, properly spaced would take out the crews and render the tubes irrelevent. Not gonn'a happen though.
