“Constitutional law experts say the move is mostly symbolic because federal laws supersede those of the states.”

I’m really tired of these “Constitutional Law experts” making this claim. I want the “Constitutional Law experts” to show us where in the Constitution does it claim that health insurance is a guaranteed right?

Agreed, healthcare is not a guaranteed, it is individual responsibility not the government to take care of yourself.

Not only that, I want them to show me where the constitution says that fed laws override state laws.

The phrase "Constitutional Law" is code for "pretending the Constitution means something other than what it says". Obama was a "Constitutional Law" instructor, in precisely that sense.
