No, I don't think the NYT's is racist. They are 'progressive' and buy the notion that Israel was created illegally AND is the cause for much of the problems in the middle east. They point their browsers specifically at 'right wing neocons'; (who happen to be Jews for the most part), religious Jews and Israel supporting Christians.

Now that one of their own has control of the White House, they seem to me much like Dr. Strangelove and in their excitement and zeal can let their true feelings out- about Isreal, racism, marxism, and their efforts to keep themselves in power forever.

I agree. That was a good analysis. I suppose the progressive literati don’t actually think Arabs and other “people of color” are inferior. Their policies, though, rest on the assumption that white Western “liberals” are needed to save them.
