Sacramento, California - A group that promotes traditional marriage is funding a statewide advertising campaign against U.S. Senate candidate Tom Campbell, who supports gay marriage.
The Washington, D.C.-based National Organization for Marriage began running the 30-second television ad Monday in Republican-leaning areas of California. It links Campbell's views to Democratic incumbent Barbara Boxer.
Campbell's opponents in the Republican primary, Carly Fiorina and Chuck DeVore, say marriage should be between a man and a woman. Like Boxer, Campbell opposed Proposition 8, the 2008 ballot initiative that banned gay marriage in California.
Campbell spokesman James Fisfis said the campaign is more upset that the ad compares Campbell to Boxer on taxes. He says the two are worlds apart on that issue.

Agreed. Liberal is being used almost as a perjorative in GOP Candidate for Governor Poizner’s ads. LIBERAL politicians created the mess California is in, and electing CONSERVATIVES will go a long way to fix it.
Boxer is becoming more and more of a joke every day and all but the most liberal of Californians are growing tired of her and her stupid human tricks for the camera. I’d be showing a never ending loop of the disgraceful way she treated a general and that gentleman from the Black Businessmen’s association. If you listen to her when she’s talking to the latter, she speaks sloooowly and enunciates every syllable, as if she thinks he’s too stupid to comprehend her drivel if spoken at a normal rate.

If she speaks slowly and enunciates ALL the time people may finally understand what she is actually saying and toss her.
