I have come to the conclusion that you can’t hold these people responsible for enforcing the Constitution if they don’t even understand it. Test them on it, once a year, and publish the results. As of now, I don’t think many of them could pass a test like this.

Test them on it, once a year... Apparently, there is precedent for an adjunct college lecturer, as a visiting constitutional scholar, that knows enough of the constitution to know its nooks and crannies for future assault, and then taking a quick leap to be president to carry out the assault.

As of now, I dont think many of them could pass a test like this. It doesn't matter if they do understand the Constitution. They ignore it even when they do understand it.
