Better yet, just invent the Slaughter rule for Wyoming so they don’t have to actually vote on the bill.
I recognize that as sarcasm, but we are better than that. Do it honest. The bill was lacking some language pertaining to those who would not be allowed to have guns. Put it in. Pass it and then wave it in their faces.
