Ok... I see your points. I thought NH was a Non-Permit CCW if you live there. The only thing that concerns me if the Non License-CCW states conform they usually only apply to residents. Would it be true that if you traveled through thos Non license CCW states you could not carry concealed?

Actually the one state I know of that doesn't require a permit for concealed carry is Vermont. One of the bluest states around and the residents can simply buy a gun and put it in their pocket and walk around legally. Their crime and accident rate is no worse than any other state on the average.

People who have been brain washed since birth, even conservatives, have a hard time grasping the fact that carrying a fire arm is a right, not a privilege, and therefore permits to carry are unconstitutional and actually unnecessary.
