This crap is going to pass so the states better be taking pointers from Virginia.

It is also 2 votes short of failing as there are 214 “No” votes.

The Dems has to look for votes amongst those who already voted "No" the first time. By switching their votes, the out themselves as a scurrilous Pelosi stooges, and seal the fate for their prospects in November.
Whatever bribery the Dems offer, it has be be cashable after the member is out of office, and with the Dems in the Minority. Are House Dems the future Ambassador corp?

“To clarify, Dreier suggested that the Democrats could be losing votes.”
Hope he’s right about that. You’d think some level of panic would become discernable at some point if true.

I just called my Texas State Rep. Burt Solomon and demanded they call a special session because of this Constitutional Crisis.

Great idea. God I miss Texas. Been thinking of coming back.
Texas will absolutely NOT turn over 1/6th of their economy to the Federal Govt. I expect a 10A challenge if this passes.

Since the state legislature only meets once every two years they may miss this boat if the Governor doesn’t call a special session.

We just need 1 high profile “respected” Dem to say NO!
And to do it on BOR or Hannity.
I’m pretty confident that most of these cowards are just looking for cover. One leading Dems with stones and the floodgates will open.
Pray.

They may pass this after the Nov elections.
The dems that lose their seats may all vote yes out of spite.
We wont be safe until the new congress critters take their seats.

Let’s hope this guy is right.
The more people come out against Obamacare, the better, for many reasons.
First, momentum.
Second, there’s safety in numbers. They’ll be less worried about getting offed by the Chicago thugs in charge.
Third, it’s a lot harder to buy a dozen people than just one of them.
